CASSAVA ROCK N' ROLL

These colorful chips are popular in our town, since it is believed that Cassava Rock N' Roll Sweet Chips is one of the original delicacies in our place. Starting from cassava flour, it is colored to many hues (red, yellow, green, blue, orange, whatever), then sun-dried, cut into chips. Then, deep-fried and sprinkled with white or light brown granulated sugar. Usually served as dessert during fiesta or special celebration.
