This is a scan of a black and white photo I took while living in Marquette, Michigan. These are the stairs that belong to the Holy Family Orphanage -- a long abandoned building. I've always been fascinated by linear patterns and this one made me giddy like kiddie. I miss developing film and prints and perhaps one day I'll get to have my own darkroom in my house!
