Most of the Waterfowl that stay need to be fed by people, Or The Park staff that come once a day to feed all the birds, and empty Garbage, In the Summer we need more, But that is why we all help out to save our wildlife and the great outdoors. In the distance in this scene are the Steel Mills, I hope they can stop the poison going into the water asap, also you can see the City of Hamilton to the right.Every Day I ride my Bike here, and further to take images. This wonderful area turns into a Winter Wonderland when The Temperature dips below zero celsius. The swans Rely on the Kindness of people to feed them due to the ice, Usually they eat submergent vegetation (SAV), but the ice stops that , so staff and people need to feed them Corn Or Large bird seed, lettuce would be the best BREAD the worst.Bread causes Deformations to waterfowl, there is no bleached flower or yeast in there natural diets, They GET "ANGEL WINGS" and become unable to fly Please google this, You will find BREAD is like poison to waterfowl--Thank you
