It was a cold winter's day on New Year's Day 2015. The sun began to shine in the south windows about mid-day. There was frost on the windows. When I opened the bedroom curtain I found this....a magical winter scene painted on the window by "Jack Frost", I had seen many beautiful frost scenes on windows in my life, but never one that replicated a landscape scene. Needless to say, I grabbed my camera and shot some images of the frost pattern. By late afternoon, the frost pattern on the window was gone, but fortunately I had seen and captured nature's magic before it disappeared. I love this image, particularly since it can never be captured again!
