Behind The Lens

Location

this photo was taken about 6 or 7yrs ago with an olympus e500, which was probably the biggest dslr camera i had used but loved it dearly. the AMEMONE was taken at the Rudyard kipling garden in Rottingdean brighton east sussex, which has a variety of mixed flower shrubs through out these pretty little walled gardens. taken with macro lens . in natural shded and natural light..it truly is one of my faves. glad your enjoying it too,

Time

this was probably between 11 and 12 am. i remember it was a beautiful blue sky moment and a slight chill, that day but used to spend about 2 hours in these small gardens enjoying its beauty. i remember it was leaning out onto the pavement borders to catch the sunlight

Lighting

the natural light was quite good this day but sometimes the flower borders are shded by bigger floral bushes shrubs

Equipment

olympus e500. with sigma macro lens x2.hand held no tripod,

Inspiration

i love all types of flowers such natural beauty this one really stood out bright beautiful and the only one stood alone

Editing

probably cropped and bit clarity.

In my camera bag

i now have a Nikon d7100. a nikon lens 18/55mm. a 55/200mm. a nikon .75 300mm a macro x2 lens 3 filters 2 coloured filters and a x3 zoom lems to take my zoom up to 600mm.. i have color cards flash gun, spare lithium batteries spare xd and sd cards.lens cleaner small brushes cotton buds

Feedback
