This is a great point of view shot. I gave it high marks. But, as my semi-famous photography teacher said in his class, many times, you own everything in the frame so pay attention to what is in the background. The house, while a lovely house, draws the eye away from the subject of the photo. I would get rid of the house using the clone tool in either Photoshop or Zoner.
