Portsmouth's Spinnaker Tower located at Gun Wharf Quays in Portsmouth UK. Recently it was painted Blue & Gold the Portsmouth colours, and is sponsored by Emirates, they were going to paint it Red but the city was not best pleased with that choice as the city football team has a long history with Southampton who's colour is Red!
