This photo was taken at Victoria Park Lake / Shepparton. The artificial lake is a local recreation area with lots of activity.Time
We went there before dawn getting the gear ready and the shooting began 9 pm ish.Lighting

Way back in Germany I did a couple of burning steel wool photos but creating a photo with water and a nearly perfect symmetric circle mirroring in the water was not successful until then.Editing
Not much post processing - highlights and shadows, that was pretty much itIn my camera bag

Practice the perfect circle over and over again, be patient, wear safety gear (essential).
