Behind The Lens

Location

I was traveling by myself to the Canadian Rockies. Driving alone in this fogy weather on the huge mountains was not easy; In my heart I prayed that I will arrive to my destination safe and sound :-) knowing that I'm all by myself in this unbelievable surroundings gave me some stomach butterflies while I stopped the car to take this photo. I guess it will always remind me the courage that I had to drive these 300 KM knowing that it's just me and god out there...

Time

Early morning.

Lighting

It's all natural light. I didn't use any flash.

Equipment

It was a great sync of my eyes and the camera (plus a wide lens).

Inspiration

The Canadian Rockies are wonderfully huge; you almost feel like you are in another world when you are there. Now add the sun behind the clouds and the morning fog, and you truly feel like you are a part of a fantasy movie!

Editing

Turning the photo to black-n-white.

In my camera bag

Camera, wide angle lens, 300 mm lens, flash, tripod.
