I believe it was late afternoon when I took this one.Lighting
The lighting was overcast, which is my favorite lighting to shoot photos in.Equipment
I used my Nikon Coolpix P510 camera.Inspiration
I was sitting outside watching and listening to the rain. I noticed this puddle and how the rain was hitting the water. I wanted to capture it so I quickly grabbed my camera and snapped a few shots up close of the water.Editing
I did do post processing. I changed the color of the water and enhanced the lighting.In my camera bag

The only advice I have is you never know when inspiration will strike, so be prepared. Up close shots take patience when you're trying to achieve a specific goal. Just breathe and try not to get too frustrated with the blurry ones. :)
