Location
This was taken on the March route during New York City LGBT Pride Day.Time
The is photo was taken on June 28, 2015, at 03:27pm. We had just marched through a light shower just before our approach to Washington Square Park. The contingent I marched with (HIV Equal) paused here for judging. They shouted out "We are all HIV Equal!!" and confetti was launched into the air.Lighting
I will admit that my settings were still set for direct sunlight, but the high shutter speed captured the colorful display. The original photo is underexposedEquipment

This moment while Marching is forever etched on my soul. We must remember that it's a March and not a parade. Being part of a diverse community that is fighting for equality for all with every effort challenged and but we did not give up. Our diversity is represented in the multitude of color in the air.Editing
With a high shutter speed and the cloud cover had to bring up the exposure by 2 stops. In my camera bag
