Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken from a gondola during a ride through the "streets" of Venice

Time

We took a morning gondola ride, before it became too busy.

Lighting

Venice is so full of colour and I was lucky to capture the colours in full due to it being a cloudy day.

Equipment

I took my Nikon D3200 with me wherever we went on our tour.

Inspiration

Being from Africa, this is not a regular view. Gondolas as a general mode of transport was worth taking a photo of.

Editing

I used lightroom for some fine tuning with some shadows that got in the way.

In my camera bag

Just my camera, a lens or two and an extra memory card
