Over my clients disused shack, in the darkness of night but shutter wide open while a tractor passed and the camera was on a tripod so minimal shake..and hence able to indroduce a light trail and some lightness to the image! Stars and the moon were taken over multiple times then overlaid and sharpened up ontop of the original image for clarity, again because it was just pitch black!
