As she waited in a line of over a hundred people to be seen by a doctor she simply leaned against this pillar, watching over her grandchildren as they played on the broken school grounds. It's a very touching picture from one of my mission trips as the picture explains everything. Names of the children from the school written on the pillar, a grandmother living in poverty deeply in pain with limited access to healthcare, but still able to stand tall to watch over the ones who need her most.
