Out walking in our yard around the ponds. Rare to see a snake attempt to swallow a captured frog feet first. A true struggle for both.. It was amazing

Location

This image was captured in on of our 5 ponds. This is the lotus pond. Perry Slowcom is the hardy lotus for south West Michigan. A mirror and early morning light gave this a smile.

Time

Early around 10am.

Lighting

Wanted to bring out the best color so reflecting the light off an old mirror.

So long ago. Sigma lens 110 mm. Zoom lens. Konica Minolta. Sorry I am away from my records. The light was beautiful.
