Taken while camping at Indiana dunes. There was some of the most beautiful colors mixed in such a majestic way!

This is turn around macro. Take the lens off and flip it, and it acts as a super macro lens.

A few quick snaps in the morning, it's a beautiful way to start the day. Reflecting on the beauty of creation!

Took my friends senior pictures the other day...we got up early to catch the sunrise golden hour, and pretty much nailed it!

Got to take pictures of my friends baby. Such sweetness!

Behind The Lens

In my hometown in Indiana.

Time

Early afternoon!

Lighting

It was out in my moms flower garden, and we have a huge tree kind of shading it. So totally natural light, with a big natural diffuser:)

Equipment

Sony a37 with my 50 mm lens. No tripod. I usually just do hand held.

Inspiration

I loved the lazy afternoon feel to it with butterflies flitting around the flowers. The butterflies drew me in.

Editing

The only post processing I do is tweak my exposure.

In my camera bag

I always have my Sony a37 in my bag, my 30 mm macro prime goes next because macro is my fav! Then goes my 50 mm 1.2 prime. Gives me a nice depth and beautiful light.

Feedback

My advice would be, you won't get it the first shot. It took me a lot to get this one. Be patient, and be relaxed and flexible.
