Behind The Lens

Location

It was taken in my home studio in Pennsylvania.

Time

If I remember correctly it was late afternoon

Lighting

I was still learning indoor lighting at the time. I only shot outside up until then so this was important to me.

Equipment

Just my Sony Nex 6. No flash

Inspiration

We had set up a shoot and she was just sitting there. It was the perfect shot.

Editing

I did. I recolored the photo to give it a more dramatic look. I felt like it needed something unique.

In my camera bag

4 lenses. A Monitor. A steady light, flash and camera.

Feedback

Don’t overthink it. Usually my best shots are the ones I don’t expect.
