Usually, I know a crash has happened only after I hear the collective "Ohhh" from the crowd. But in the enduros at the 2015 Shawano County Fair, a car happened to stall almost in front of me and I got several frames (with a 100% manual lens!) of three other cars piling into it, including the #22 then-raceleader. The safety fencing is annoying, but if I'd have been in the pits, I probably wouldn't have been pointed in the right direction to catch it.
