Beautiful photo. The composition, the light, the subject all ideal. Your photo showshoot beauty even in the old weathered building. You captured the essence of life once there.

Location
Captured this on the first floor of a very old shopping complex in Paldi area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The complex used to house my family doctor's clinic just next to the room visible in the photo. The room was a thriving coaching class long ago.Time
The time was around 10:30 am. The weather was a bit cloudy. I was unwell and was on a visit to the doctor. Since the doctor was yet to come, I strolled across the passage to click some pictures.Lighting
The fallen ceiling of the floor's passage exposed the sunlight to enter the passageway. The lighting was bright and it created a halo on the dilapidated wall and entrance of the room.Equipment
I didn't have any equipment except my SONY smartphone.Inspiration
I have had known this coaching class. I was quite disturbed on seeing its unattended and deteriorated condition. I captured it to make it time immemorial.Editing
Haven't done any post-processing.In my camera bag
I do not own specialized equipment. I own an Olympus digital camera which I carry with me on outings. Otherwise, I have my smartphone to click photos.Feedback
Old unattended and about to fall buildings have a story to tell. For safety of its occupants and neighbors they may be destroyed sooner or later, so it is good to capture as many as pictures of such buildings or houses before they perish. We will have a story for the coming generation. Thank you.
