Location
This photo was taken at Walhalla in Victoria Australia I was on a camera club outing with a group of club membersTime
the piper climbs to the ridge that over looks Walhalla at noon on the week ends and lays The music resonates across the valley The experience is quite extraordinaryLighting
It was quite overcast so the lighting was relatively softEquipment
This was shot with a Nikon D600 using Tamron 28-300mm lens hand heldInspiration
It was a great opportunity to get a unique shotEditing
I cropped this a small amount get the right composition using Affinity Photo and converted it to black and whiteIn my camera bag
I no use a Nikon D780 with my trusty Tamron 28-300 mm lens as my go to lens. I also use Tamron 150-300mm lens for bird photosFeedback
strong legs are required for a shot like this as I had to climb to the ridge to get this shot
