An amazingly different shot of Paris looking down the Avenue de la Grande Armee towards La Defense and the Grande Arche. I particularly like that you resisted the urge to go the cliched route of including the Eiffel Tower, yet have captured the spirit of the city. The panoramic spread is wonderful, and taking the shot in winter with the trees bare emphasises the architecture of the precinct. A classic, deserving of wider peer recognition than it has received so far. Well done!!

Reminiscent of the old time panoramic photos of cities a hundred years back. I wonder what it would look like with a copper toning for an antique look. Sell as a pano-postcard!!
