What attracted me to this scene was the fact that the street lamps had just turned on, even thought it was not yet completely dark out. It created a unique glowing look as a result of this.Equipment

I wanted to capture a sense of calm & serenity in the foreground, while at the same time, capturing the hustle & bustle of the big city in the background.Editing

Patience is the single most important thing when shooting at dusk. One night can be substantially different than the next, so you must be willing to photograph the same scene on multiple different nights.
