The light coming from the right is from Willemstad, Curacao. The light at the horizon is from a fishing ship. The Director's Bay is at the Caracas Bay Peninsula (protected area) and is hidden behind the hills, poor roads and is not signposted. If you just pass the Quarantine building you see at your right hand the bay and you immediately see what makes this beach unique. Gorgeous blue water with a vast reef sheltered by a small promontory.
