I took this wildlife picture of a juvenile American Alligator at Winter Haven, Florida's Lake Howard Nature Park during early June of 2014. I was standing on top of a wooden walkway that is part of the park's architecture. This allowed me to capture a unique image of an Alligator in the water. I had to work hard to keep the sun from throwing my shadow over this three or four foot long American Alligator and spooking it. This image like all of the images I post here and elsewhere is under my copyright.
