my wedding ring

A friend asked me if I would take some photographs at her wedding. I'd never done this before but agreed to it as long as she realised that I was not a professional photographer. I wanted to photograph something as a still life to put in the front of the album I had purchased, so practiced with lots of items including my wedding ring in a dictionary. I had to be careful where I places the ring as parts of the narrative had some offensive words in it!. I love how the shadow of the ring casts a heart shape onto the page.
