This photo was taken at scripps pier in La Jolla. I believe it was mid afternoon. This beautiful young lady was a gymnast at Santana High School Class of 2015.Time
I shoot this mid afternoon around 330-400pmLighting
This was shoot under the pier with natural lighting.Equipment
I shoot this with a Nikon D810 there is no flash and used a Nikon 70-200 lens. I was holding the camera when I took this. It was so crazy at the pier that day we were out taking senior photo's. There were several people around and I just wanted to get some quick shot of her.Inspiration
Selena she is a very uplifting young lady. She is and was a wonderful gymnast . When I asked her to do the jump that was actually the first try. She is one amazing kidEditing
I did the regular light adjustments in light room nothing really fancy. The images spoke for it's self.In my camera bag
I normally have my go to D810 Nikon flash and 70-200, 24-70 lens. I keep a mono pod close and lost of batteries.Feedback
Practice. Have a willing subject and be patent with yourself.
