Capturing a decisive moment is one the biggest thrills in photography for me! I caught this photo during a walk in a back alley in West Palm Beach, of a parking lot attendent walkng between cars. I love the repetition of shapes! And believe it or not, this is a FULL COLOR IMAGE!

For me, there's nothing better than catching a decisive moment! I always teach my beginning photo students to shoot in shutter priority and to select a shutter speed that will stop action if you need to grab a moment quickly! That was the case during our walk through a back alley and I happened just see the movement of the parking lot attendant out of the corner of my eye. I turned, zoomed closer and shot 3 frames before the moment disappeared. Another reason I was able to catch this image is because I always use an 28-300 mm zoom during my walkabouts. I can quickly go from wide angle to telephoto in seconds, which ups your average of capturing decisive moments!
