There's an interesting restaurant in St Louis called Venice Café. No matter what time of year it is a festival for the eyes. There's an upstairs bar, a downstairs bar, an outside bar,,, lots of seating room, occasional live music, and a very interesting menu.

From the butterfly house at the St Louis zoo. She was sitting there, the butterfly landed and she held still for several minutes as passersby stopped

A good rain at the local coffee house vacates the patio. Before the wind grew too strong, several of us sheltered under the awning.

Sunset over St Louis from a second story window. This window faces east and in winter, the naked trees are perfect for grounding the shots.

Just a lucky happen-upon.

The up shot of this is, well,, it's an up shot..

Wasn't quick enough to get the shot I wanted but not at all displeased with the result.
