Location
This is the Institut de France building in Paris. It is on the Quai de Conti near the Point des Arts.Time
I'm not sure the time. I'd guess mid morning, based on the shadows.Lighting

The posture of the couple. The man did not seem to be happy. The building was beautiful, so I took a photo of the building including the couple.Editing
Very little post-processing except conversion to BW and exposure.In my camera bag
For travel air, my Nikon DSLR and the 18-200 DX lens. This was taken with my Nikon D70. I now carry a Nikon D300 with the same lens. Also included in my bag are a spare battery, charger, and 3 spare CF cards. If I'm traveling really light these days, I only carry my iPhone 11 Pro Max.Feedback
Don't wait for the people to get out of the way when you're taking photos of buildings, statues, etc. The people add interest to the image. In this case, they ARE the image with the building is a backdrop.
