I was on assignment shooting 3 vineyards in the Santa Ynez Valley in central California and I was constantly getting loads of marine layer at the times of day that I wanted to shoot. One day in particular the marine layer sat in really thick, I got out my 60mm micro lens and decided to focus on shooting only details. Instantly the grapes and dried leaves around them started to come to life. I loved the way my fingerprints looked on the particular bunch of grapes. With a little bit of maneuvering and some patience I captured this image.

Fantastic shot !

I like the fingerprints too, they are a nice detail adding interest and contrast.
The grapes and leaves have an excellent color combination that is both soothing and pleasing.
