This coming Sept. will mark 3 year that BabyGirl has lived with us. She was so pitiful when she came to us. She had been grossly abused. We were told she wouldn't come to us for food and a whole lot of other things she wouldn't do. There is a world of difference in the dog we have now and the dog we brought home, but we still have obstacles to overcome. The main one is she still is afraid of men and just tolerates my husband. We called her our "rain man zipped up in a dog suit". Her adorableness is without question. Here she is saying: "Wake up, Mom!!" And they told us she'd never interact with us or come to us for attention! Bah humbug!
