I took this photo in Italy, in a region called Abruzzo near the highest mountain of South of Italy: Gran Sasso (Big Rock).Time
It was a cold and foggy november day. I had been roadtripped Italy for a month and an half. This area was one of my last stop before heading back home.Lighting
Nothing major really, i thought it was perfect as it was.Equipment
I shoot with a canon 1100D and a sigma 18-24mm. Handheld laying on the groundInspiration
I was driving through this road, it is a very curvy road, and i couldn't see the front of my car. It was like i was driving in the unknown. So as soon as the fog cleared out a bit i decided to stop the car and shoot. I wanted to capture the feeling of "what's behind the curtains?"Editing
yep, I did. I shoot in RAW and I add some more contrast so the tree looked like ghosts. Add a bit of lights and clarity. Nothing major. In my camera bag
Right now I have a Canon 5D mark III and a Canon 1100D. Lenses: Tamron 70-300, Sigma 18-24mm, Canon 24-105mm, Samyang 14mm A metz flash and a speedlight and a light padFeedback
i believe tha travelling opens you up a new wide range of landscape opportunity. It also changes you. So just go with your heart. If you like it shoot it! If it seems difficult to do it, try again, it'll be a masterpiece.
