This photo was taken in my backyard in Ellsworth, Kansas. We have a very large yard with a great tree line for a backdropTime
It was around 1-2 in the afternoon.Lighting
I knew the mid day light would be too harsh so we went back under our tree line for a softer light.Equipment
I used my regular ol' canon Ti 1 rebel. I bought it off an experienced photographer who was upgrading his equipment. It worked great for the first couple years I had it to gain experience taking photos.Inspiration
This was just a spur of the moment idea I had to try and get some pictures of my nieces.Editing

This was a photo shoot I just did for fun. I just set up the props and the kids did the rest of the work. All I really did is push the button to snap the picture. Sometimes less is really more.
