Saw this snowy owl on a post waaaay across a farmers field, so with my snowshoes on I walked across the field making loud crunching noises beneath my shoes but I managed to get pretty close to this owl before he finally flew away. Turning back to go to the car I noticed a car in the ditch, when I got back I went over and was told she was watching me and drove off the left hand side of the road, a truck eventually came by and hooked her car up by a chain and pulled her out, be careful out there folks :)
