I never knew Lindisfarne had a Priory and Castle Ruins! Looks a decent place to visit. I like the framing of this image Roy with the main buildings centered and the small boats laid up on the dunes in the forefront, and the distant mainland coastline separated by the estuary, gives a wonderful feel of seclusion. Paul.

Love this picture! We should have gone to Lindisfarne this summer but we just didn't make it. There was an article in Digital Photographer (I think) it looks stunning. Think we'll have to leave it now until next summer...
