You could get some lighting off of lakes from the Aurora BorealisEquipment
I used a Nikon d3200 with the kit lens and a cheap tripod as I didn't have much money at the timeInspiration

Now I carry canon 5d mark ii with a 50mm 1.8, canon 28-105mm 3.5-4.5, 2 filters a polarizer and 8ND and a tripodFeedback
I would say experiment with the lighting and iso with adjuster your shutter speed. It depends how bright out it is, depending on if it's a full moon or not
