Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at Refugio Los Cuernos, during the W Trekking at Torres del Paine National Park, located in south Chile, Patagonia.

Time

It was almost 10pm. The time that the sun goes down in November!

Lighting

The light at Patagonia is almost always amazing. The weather is changing everytime, so it causes a beautiful picture mixing the clouds and the sun. I walked for miles this day, with a lot of clouds in the sky. When I arrived the 'refugio', the sun cames out and give this beauty picture.

Equipment

Just my camera, a Panasonic Lumix FZ-40.

Inspiration

The hiking during that day. I was exhausted, going to bed when I saw this light and the sun. I took my camera and ran away out from the ''refugio' to take the picture!

Editing

Yes, Photoshop Lightroom. I took the picture in RAW format and edit it!

In my camera bag

Panasonic FZ-40 My phone (LG G4) I'm planning to buy a better camera, but I don't have the money now.

Feedback

I'm always keeping an eye on everything, especially when I'm in the midst of nature. My friends live kidding me, saying that I see things with a different view. I do not see me that way, it's something natural for me. I'm always looking at the sky, the horizon, thinking immortalize the perfect moment that nature provides us.
