Behind The Lens

Location

Omaha NE

Time

Night

Lighting

The fireworks do all the work.

Equipment

Tripod and a 7D

Inspiration

They do not normally shoot off fireworks at the zoo. I had a friend who was doing the firework display and he asked if I would like to shoot it.

Editing

Yes I used photoshop and lightroom.

In my camera bag

7D 28-70mm ,70-200mm, 60 mm all fix app lens.

Feedback

Know where the fireworks are going to be going off in the sky. I had set everything up and was waiting. When the first one went off I was set up in the wrong place. The camera was pointed at blank sky. So I quickly grabbed the gear and started off to the correct position. I am sure if you were to have seen me it would have been quite comical.
