There are some nice shots in your gallery, but if you don't mind me commenting, the tonal range sometimes do them no justice. In my opinion, you should perhaps check a) camera's WB; b) your monitor adjustments; c; switch to "vivid" color presentation (in-camera); d) use a bit of Post-Processing to bring forward the complete tonal range.
The image here,for instance, lacks pure black; although there are places where it should be. This is easily corrected in PP, but since many pictures in your gallery show the same characteristics, maybe it is something to do with either of points I mentioned above.

With the point and shoot camera you are using, your images are quite good. With an SLR camera, you could achieve better results, but with this camera you are capturing some really good photos. I like this one. It has a petrified look to it. Is it petrified? From closer inspection, it can't be, due to the greenery growing from it. In either case, I like this shot.
