Behind The Lens

Location

I took the photo at my grandparent's place in a field right next to their property.

Time

I took this photo at Golden Hour on the forth of July a few years back.

Lighting

The sun and atmosphere that summer day was gorgeous and I just had to capture it.

Equipment

I used my Canon Rebel T2i with my 50mm 1.4 lens, a tripod, and a remote.

Inspiration

The sunset on that day and the amount of relaxation and freedom I felt was what inspired me. I felt so lucky and fearless. The scenery was probably to many people boring or anti-climatic, but to me it was lovely.

Editing

Very minimal color enhancement was done.

In my camera bag

I normally have my camera (obviously), various lenses, cleaner, tissues, remote, extra batteries and sometimes a snack!

Feedback

Trial and error! Keep at it! I had tried many a pose and hair flip before I finally got the final pose shown in the picture (boy did I have some funny out-takes though!).
