It was pouring rain. My wife deserves the patients aware for this photo, she stood on the sidewalk in the rain waiting while I kneeled on a traffic island in the Champs-Elysees for 20 minutes trying to get just the right look. Of course for me, I had to. I'm a photographer and thats what we do to get the shot. For her, she just got wet. I used a gorilla pod for SLR's for the first time which worked perfectly. And of course what would a Paris picture be without a woman in her underwear. That's where the bus sitting at as stop added to this time exposure.
