This view is the reward for the grueling 11-mile hike of the Kalalau trail on Kauai's northwestern side. Visible in this shot is the final destination of the trail: Kalalau beach. Only accessible by sea, helicopter, or the trail, the beach is more representative of the idea of paradise than any other location I know.
