Feather Market Hall, Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
Originally build for the ostrich feather industry this building was officially opened in 1885. The roof was build and imported from England and I'm just amazed at the amount of rivets used on this construction and the heavy material used, the latice in front of the seats are made of 50 x 10 mm (2" x 1-2") flat bar. The building was proclaimed a national monument in 1980 and it has been converted into a concert hall as can be seen.

A beautifully preserved building. I drove past it many times but I can't remember that I've ever been inside. Brian
