Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken when I was visiting a friend in Wisconsin. This flower was growing in her front yard. Photography is one of our hobbies, she now has cancer so we try to get out as much as we can.

Time

I believe this was taken in the late afternoon with a pop up flash. I was trying out the macro feature on my camera and this was my result.

Lighting

This photo was taken outside in natural light and the pop up flash.

Equipment

I shot this with my Fuji film finepix s700 digital camera and the pop up flash in the macro setting.

Inspiration

I love taking photos of flowers and nature. This is also a wonderful hobby to enjoy with my friend.

Editing

No post processing was done to this photo.

In my camera bag

I have my fuji film finepix s700 and I just purchased a Nikon ds3200 digital camera with a 18-55 mm lens and a 55-200mm lens.

Feedback

I myself am always happy for any advice I can get, but the only thing I can say is just get out there and take pictures, some may turn out and some may not. It is a learning experience and a lot of fun to practice. So just get out there and start taking pictures.
