The capture of this lens flare speaks volumes about blessings from the light above. So intense and beautiful, I hope it wins this contest.

Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo at a grave yard on the other side of town. I love to go exploring so every photo is a new adventure.

Time

I love how this photo turned out. I was so lucky to catch the sun at this point. I remember going for a walk with with my best friend and about 12:00 we where going for lunch when we passed a beautiful grave yard. It was a spur of the moment thing. We found this random statue, and it was so bright I couldn't see!

Lighting

I wanted to make this statue look like a goddes . As I saw it. I took advantage of the lighting. The sun was right off to the side and it was so bright. I though maybe I could get the rays of the sun on the statue but I am so happy with the results

Equipment

This was shot on a Sony camera.

Inspiration

I was going on an adventure with a friend. It was random but I always have my camera ready. I saw this beutifull statue on top of a hill surrounded by bushes and it reminded me of a goddess. I though I should share this because the irony of beauty in a place filled with death. (This was taken at a grave yard)

Editing

Nope

In my camera bag

Just my regular Sony camera. I'm kind of a beginner and self taught myself.

Feedback

Just be creative. If you think something might look cool go for it. Even if turn out bad you have learned how you don't like to do photos. Also always use lighting to your advantage and try to use the lighting from different viewpoints
