Summer of 2013 I enjoyed a stay at a horse ranch outside the little town of Akureyri, Iceland. Every morning when we returned from shooting landscapes, the pastures were open for us interact and photograph the horses. This young fillie was skittish at first, hiding behind her momma, but after a couple days she relaxed and let us get closer and eventually give her some lovin. One of the best memories I have of that trip.
