Taken in Malta from an event whereby individuals vow to make a sacrifice in return for God's favour in their lives. Treatment in monochrome was done to highlight the artificial light beaming along the wooden cross whilst retaining aspects of modernisation with the cables. Part of the composition was done do put more feeling on the weight of the cross itself.
