I am always inspired to shoot sunrise and sunset shots, the previous night we had a storm and it was expected to be cloudy in the morning. Shooting any sunrise or sunset with clouds adds drama and also reflect the colors well. When i reached this place it was fully covered with clouds and just before the sunrise a brief opening happened in the sky and it was dramatic as expected.Editing
This is a single RAW file. I normally do most of my post processing in camera raw this is where 95% of my final image is produced and when it gets opened into Photoshop the remaining 5% is edited. In my camera bag

Shooting sunrise and sunset needs lot of patience and not all days work out. Don't just shoot anything just because you have to. when shooting sunrise and sunset always wait for the right time, ensure the sky has clouds and always wait for the right moment. I feel clouds always add drama to your shots so ensure you shoot on a day when the sky has clouds.
