A version of my photo The State of Decay, with a more Black & White background. A neglected Union Flag reflecting the state of the nation.
The flag is torn and abandoned on a rusty fence blowing in the wind with a CCTV camera peeking through it. Symbolising the state of the nation today. This was actually quite a lucky find, as I didn't set it up for the photo I just found it like it in a car park and not long after I took the picture there was little left of it.
