Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in the Bern (Switzerland) center, under one of its characteristic colonnade.

Time

The photo was taken at 5 p.m.

Lighting

I liked the light coming from one side of the colonnade and its softness.

Equipment

I used a very cheap :) but amazing Nikon tele zoom (70-210mm), hand-held.

Inspiration

I saw a man walking under the colonnade, he was alone. I wanted the colonnade perspective to lead the eye to the man shape.

Editing

No, I did not apply any post production.

In my camera bag

I normally bring with me a Nikon tele-zoom, 70-210mm, a 28-70mm and a normal 50mm f1.8.

Feedback

This is the case when the intuition leads you. The idea and the shot come almost together. So be prepared and carpe diem :).
